She was beyond helpful in every aspect of the process and willing to hold my hand through the parts I didn’t understand. I had some hiccups arise and it didn’t stop Leah for a second. She was on the phone getting the answers I needed to keep the process moving forward. Leah was able to connect me with every resource I needed. Where Leah really stood out was how I felt like a friend was helping me and I was not just a client. Her knowledge, willingness and patience made the experience extremely smooth. We live in a different state than where we purchased our home. She helped us to find repairmen, picked up our keys at closing and received packages for us. She was very quick to respond to every phone call and text message we sent. I wish all realtors were as helpful as Leah was!

A concern and problem we’ve experienced in the past with offshore contractors is lack of communication and professionalism – it starts out well and dwindles over time. Parimal is extremely professional, is excellent at communicating regularly and goes way above and beyond for us…and we’re certainly not his biggest client. Stuff like building out an automated proof of concept in Selenium free of charge (on their dime) to demonstrate how we could be testing better on our project blew me away. And not charging for every minute of time he works on our project fielding questions and small tasks are added Brownie Points. Parimal really cares about the project winning and puts in discretionary effort, and THAT’S the kind of players we want on our team edit testing
